1:30pm Goat Yoga

Goat Yoga is an animal assisted therapy in a natural setting with a curiously intelligent, social and cuddly animal. While you hone your inner peace during a relaxing yoga session, the naturally inquisitive nature of the goat will allow for some humorous interactions between you and the cute little farm furbabes! The little goats like to get up-close and personal and greet you in their preferred style such as sniffing your toes while you're enjoying the comfort of your downward dog. Don't be alarmed if you feel soft nibbles on your hair while you exhale and release all that tension from the outside world! The goats are encouraged to interact with you and help you re-energize during an enlightened and entertaining 45-minute yoga session. Upon completing your relaxation, you're invited to stay and get some extra snuggle time with goats who by this time, know every move you've made! Each yoga session will be one hour in length, then you're welcome to head back to the expo for the rest of the day!

The proceeds of Goat Yoga will be going towards the South Central ECIP (Early Childhood Intervention Program) a non-profit organization that provides family-focused, home based services to children with special needs.
